Organizational Structure of St. Joseph College of Cavite, Inc.
The organizational structure of St. Joseph College of Cavite, Inc. reflects the institution’s commitment to effective governance, collaborative leadership, and service-oriented administration grounded in its Catholic identity. At the highest level, the Board of Trustees (BOT), together with the AR Superior General and Council, provides strategic direction and policy guidance to ensure that the school remains faithful to its mission, vision, and core values.
The School Head (President) leads the institution in implementing academic, administrative, and pastoral programs, supported by the School Administrative Board. Under this leadership are the major functional areas—Student Services, Administrative Services, and Academic Services—each designed to promote excellence in instruction, holistic student formation, and efficient institutional operations.
Central to the organization is Human Resource Management, which ensures the development, welfare, and professionalism of faculty and staff. Various support offices and services work collaboratively to provide academic support, student development, research, community extension, and campus services, all directed toward the formation of competent, compassionate, and socially responsible individuals.
This organizational structure highlights SJCCI’s dedication to shared responsibility, accountability, and service, fostering a learning environment where administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders work together in unity to fulfill the institution’s educational mission.
