    Complete the registration form with your details:

    Make sure all information is correct and spelled properly before proceeding — correct data helps avoid registration issues later.

  3. Submit the Form
    After filling out all required fields, click the Submit Registration button to send your application.

  4. Wait for Confirmation
    After submitting, the school’s admissions or registrar office will usually review your application. Many schools will contact you via the email or phone number you provided with next steps, orientation details, or enrollment confirmation.

Student Registration Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Website
    Go to https://www.arschools.app/ in your web browser or scan the QR below.

  1. Click “Student Registration”
    On the homepage, you’ll see a Student Login form and a button or link that says “Student Registration.” Click that link to start a new application.

  1. Select Your School
    On the Student Registration page, you’ll see a list of available schools participating in the ARSchools system. Scroll and choose "St. Joseph College of Cavite, Inc.".

| APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

St. Joseph College of Cavite, Inc. is open to any student who wishes to avail of its services, provided he/she comply the requirements and observe the regulations set forth by the school. However, the School reserves the right to deny admission or re-admission of student/s under certain conditions.

The school follows an open admission policy. The students are accepted on the basis of an entrance examination, their past academic performance and a personal interview.

REQUIREMENTS

Old Students: Report Card (Form 138)

New Students:

  1. Photocopy of Live Birth Certificate (authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority)

  2. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics only)

  3. Report Card (Form 138) – duly signed

  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  5. Colored ID pictures ­(2 pcs)

    – 1”x1” for K-Grade 10

    – 2”x2” for Senior High School

ADMISSION FOR SPECIAL CASES

  1. Students who have transferred to another school and desire to come back are treated as new students.

  2. No re-admittance for student withdrawn due to disciplinary measures.

  3. Only upon payments of pertinent tuition and other school fees will student be considered enrolled.
